Anybody from Houma, Louisiana here?

I'm new to sewing and could use a mentor, or just a friend with the same interests. Anybody out there?

I am new also. I am from Plaquemine Louisiana. Unfortunately that is a little too far from Houma for us to get together, but maybe we can email and text each other with help and questions. My name is Cindy.

I am also new to this forum. So I was surprised when I saw a post from someone asking if anyone from Houma, Louisiana.  Well, yes I am from Houma and also live here. I don't have much time to sew or embroider but I do like to see the projects other people have done. Debbie

Brenda here in Paradis. East of Raceland and before entrance at Hwy. 90 and 310 Ramp. Going to Quilting Niche in Houma on April 13. Been sewing more than half a century. Embroidery around 15 yrs.
