Dorothy dress?

Wondering if anyone knows where I can find a simple Dorothy costume pattern for my 2 year old? Thanks in advance!

I know that I saw a Simplicity one that looked simple yet cute.
I would start there and see what you can find. It may be easier in the end to have a specific pattern with sizes instead of looking for a tutorial online.  Just a thought.

I made the Simplicity Dorothy Dress for my daughter when she was 5.  I thought the pattern was straightforward and clear.  I did have to do a bit of altering because my daughter is extremely petite and it was a little baggy around the chest.  The dress was ADORABLE and along with the red sparkly mary jane's from Target, a small basket and a "Toto" stuffed dog, she was a delightful Dorothy.
