A scrap swap would be so much fun!
I am a new gal to sewing/embroidery/etc. I don't use a machine (having it done by hand makes it easier to transport), but def. already accumulating scraps. I am using them on mixed-media artwork, scrap booking, art journals, mini books, applique, jewelry (like necklaces and bracelets)...
I actually got a bag of scraps from a local quilt making for cancer patients group... it was a decently full trash bag. I really love to resuse/recycle, make small things (or large things out of this and that) so scraps are perfect for me.
Of course, winning fabric for FFF (free fabric friday) is fun too... I'm eyeing from Erin Michael's Lush series... either wood grain bark, wood grain sky, or painters palette sky...
