    Has anyone come across a pattern that resembles Garnet Hill's Ruffle hem coat for girls?

      It sort of looks like just a regular pea coat with a ruffle.  You might need to shorten the pattern a bit so that it is not too long, but you could probably add a ruffle to any coat pattern that you find.

        DMK on Etsy offers several nice coat patterns for little girls and big girls.  Just shorten coat length and add a ruffle at the bottom.  I've sewn her Stylish Coat, Warm Hoodie Coat, and Pea Coat.  Great patterns!
