Is there anyone who has made this apron who can tell me their opinion of it?

I've made several of the Emmeline Apron and I have only positive things to say. You can see a few of mine at http://www.flickr.com/photos/amygunson/tags/apron/   When I first started making them, I was a beginner and found the top bias straps a tad fiddly. They are super easy now.   I make it almost exactly like the directions except I leave my gap for turning now under the bias straps.

I've also blogged about them a bit to see a few more samples at http://badskirt.blogspot.com/search/label/emmeline
I highly recommend this pattern! there is also a flickr group dedicated to Sew Liberated patterns at http://www.flickr.com/groups/montessoribyhandpatterns/  Great for questions specific to those patterns.

Let me know if I can help!

I just sewed up this pattern also. I love my apron and the pattern went together very nicely. I'd show you pics, but I still need to take some. First I need to wash it though!....I've been putting it to good use.  Smiley

I have this pattern and really want to sew it...maybe I'll get to it eventually.  I can't wait to see your pics.

That is an adorable apron pattern! Glad to see some good reviews for it, I think I might have to add it to my Christmas wish list!

Another one who loves this pattern. I've made two so far and they went together so easily.

I made up two of this apron recently and thought it was really easy to follow.  It's a nice pattern to get creative with as well.  I've seen it with ribbon or an organza type material for the straps and you could add rick-rack or trim or pin a flower.  I love that it's such a unique girly design.

I made my MIL an apron with this pattern for Christmas and it's one of the favorite projects. I consider myself a beginner to intermediate and I didn't have any problems with the pattern.  I plan on making one for myself in January.

I love this pattern!  I make tons of aprons for myself and this is by far the one I wear the most.  In fact it's pretty much worn out and I'm ready for a new one.

I chose not to make it reversible because I used a heavyweight decorator fabric, I just hemmed the edges instead.

Here is a link to mine.

This apron was reviewed on the sew, mama, sew blog:

I love the looks of it, but haven't broken down and bought the pattern yet Smiley  Maybe I'll treat myself after Christmas!

I love this apron so much, that I made one for all the woman in my life for Christmas. I started with just the pattern, but due to my not paying attention I have learned there are some great areas for modifications. I rounded the bottom corners to hang well, and I make the neck strap a tie, rather then just a loop. Great pattern, one of my favorites.
