Need Pattern Suggestion

    I looove this shirt this girl is wearing in "Mama's Boy", you can't see it here, but the band under the chest goes around and ties in the back and the back is pretty much open, so you slide this on like a smok.  Anywho, I am looking to see if anyone has a suggestion for a pattern that might owrk for the top part as it seem sit might be hard to do on my own.
