    How do you increase a pattern size. The pattern is for a very simple shirt.

      A small increase is pretty simple to accomplish. An easy way is to reduce your seam allowance. Most patterns come with 5/8 SA which you can easily reduce to 1/4 or 1/2 to give you a larger shirt.
      For a significant size increase, you may need to adjust things more. I would start by getting some pattern paper and slowly increase some areas and sew muslin samples so you can be sure of the fit. This can be quite tricky. I would take it slow and study your pattern for how much & where the size increases were formed.
