HELP! I can't find these anywhere.

So my local sewing shops have all decided to plot against me and no one seems to stock any type of rings but D-rings anymore. 

I'm looking for place to purchase rectangular rings.  (Somewhere in the 1" - 2" range.)  I also need the kind that have the slider on them to use for straps.

My only requirements are that they are reasonably priced and that shipping won't double the cost.

It seems that everywhere that I have found wants practically to just double the cost of the ring to ship it to me. 

Are you looking for metal rings or the plastic kind with the seatbelt sort of buckle?
