Sewing for charity
on: January 04, 2011, 10:06:09 AM
I am looking for a sewing group in Lehigh Valley, PA to donate fabric to a local sewing group who sews quilts for the homeless, nursing homes, etc. I want to give the left over fabric to a charitable organization in the Lehigh Valley, PA because to mail it would cost me tons of money. I could just drop off all of the fabric. Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you

You might check to see if you have a Project Linus Chapter in your area. They can also offer a tax receipt.
We make blankets for kids that are hospitalized or traumatized. Our chapter donates 450 blankets a month! (Dallas area)
