Have you seen a fabric like this????

I am making my sister a prom dress and she wants a fabric like this.  I know I won't be able to find the exact thing but anything similar would be helpful or if you just have a site I could check or want to make a suggestion for something you think might look good that would be great too!  The theme is arabian nights.  Thanks!
