Feather Skirt Tutorial-Easy & Great Photo Prop!

    Feather Skirt Tutorial-Easy & Great Photo Prop!

    A while back I made a feather skirt for project toddler runway.  It was actually incredibly simple, and it photographs beautifully~ at least I think it does!  Anyway this would be a great photo prop or adorable for a flower girl.  you can find the tutorial here:

        Very cute and fun idea!  My girls would love it....(Wonder what they would think at the store if I bought 18 boas.....hmmm.....
