Help with Viking Emerald 203

Hi! I am new here, and I have just purchased a new Emerald 203 sewing machine. I am a bit confused how to maneuver the menu to get to the stitches that are listed on the lid (thread area).

If anyone could assist me, I would be very grateful.

I know I'll have more questions as I go.
