Help!

    I have been driving myself crazy for a few days now. I'm trying to find a tutorial I've seen somewhere on embellishing a tee shirt. It's done by gathering a strip of fabric into circles (flower) right on the shirt. I want to say it was on a blog of a photographer, but I thought it possible it was linked here at some point or you might have seen it as well.

    If you can help me find it I will be eternally grateful!

        I have a particular one stuck in my head and want to try it and just need the nudge to get started by looking at the thing one more time. KWIM?

        It was actually made using colorful, quilt weight cotton fabric.
