Can anyone suggest a similar pants pattern?

I have bought 3 or 4 pairs of these pants from different companies and have yet to find one that fits me right.  I am SOOO tempted to try these...but would like them in several colors...and the length/fit is ALWAYS an issue.  http://www.bostonproper.com/product/Linen-palazzo-pant/833885/sc/2050/c/58/pc/43.uts  I particularly LOVE the fact that they have a fold-over waist band, which is forgiving and will lay flat underneath longer knit tops.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!
