New Hereand What is this fabric and where can I find it?

Hello and thank you in advance for trying to help me.  I'm looking for a very, very, soft looking tulle.  I've seen it on little girls dresses as petticoats and trims but it isn't stiff and scratchy like tulle it is very soft. It reminds me of english netting but it must not be very expensive because I see it on inexpensive clothing. I've looked at my local fabric store and searched online but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where to find it.
Thank you.

It sounds like it's the same stuff most people use for pettiskirts. You can find it online here: http://www.afc-express.com/nylon-chiffon.html

It's called nylon chiffon and people like it because it's super-soft, doesn't fray and is relatively cheap. I've also found it named just Tri-cot. Always make sure it's nylon and NOT polyester or some other fabric.

Do you know if it has tiny holes in it like tulle does. What I'm talking about looks like tulle but it's very very soft, it has a netting appearance. Thank you for replying.

Yep, that's what it is. It's see through and basically is the exact same as tulle, but supper soft and supple.

Thank you so much for the help.
