    Hello!  I'm looking for a tutorial somewhere on the 'net that's similar to the Barcelona skirt pattern by Amy Butler:

     I could just go ahead and buy the pattern, but what I really need are the dimensions of the panels and yardages of fabric needed.  Since this is a tiered skirt on the bias, it's all new territory for me.  If you have any ideas for me, I'd really appreciate them.
