Looking for a skirt pattern

Hey all - I am looking for a pattern for a girl's skirt that has an attached petticoat underneath.  I would like to make the top skirt with a drawstring that goes from the hip down to the knee along the outside of the leg, so that the skirt can be gathered up to show the petticoat underneath.  I think I can figure it out but would love to take a look at a pattern/tutorial/etc.  If anyone knows of one, I appreciate it!
