brother se400 embroidery with Digitize and Stich software

    I am trying to send a pattern I designed on my Digitize and Stitch software to my brother. I changed the embroidery hoop option to the 4" by 6 3/4" size. When I transmit the pattern to the machine, the screen states it is transferring, but then ends with a blank screen. The hoop I purchased is the right one for the Se 400, why can't I coordinate the larger pattern?

      Maybe you should contact their customer support for you to know what is really happening on that.
