    OK, I am helping a group of brand new sewing mamas with their first pattern.  I recommended for them all to buy the Children's Corner Lucy (we'll just sew the dress/dress lining/buttons and not worry about pockets, etc.)

    I've seen some similar patterns on etsy and want to know if you have used any of them?  Are they illustrated with really good pictures and clear directions?  In my experience, sewing the lined jumper dresses are super easy but I want to recommend a really good pattern to these new sewing mamas so they're not overwhelmed! Smiley
