Modkid Penelope Dress (Patty Young)

    This is my version of Patty Young's Penelope Dress.  I also used one of her knits too.  I LOVE her knit fabrics.  They are not only beautiful, but they are a nice quality, medium weight fabric.  To put it simply, they just feel nice against your skin.
