My friend was just at a linen business in Kirkland. They are preparing a huge garage sale for this weekend. They will be offering bolts and rolls of material, thread and more.
Bins of scrap material are priced by the pound! I am new to the area and hope to bump in to other crafters at the sale while stocking up on fabric.
