Need sources for underwear fabric

I'd like to make some underwear for myself and I'm looking for sources for buying the fabric. I'd be interested in things like bamboo, cotton and/or soy knits...these sorts of things.  Maybe with some lycra?  Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.  This will be my first attempt at underwear. 

Also, are there other sources for more delicate/decorative elastic than the standard supply at most fabric stores?

I'm pretty sure fabric.com has the cotton or bamboo w/lycra blends you're looking for. As far as the elastic goes, I was reading Verypurpleperson (Novita's blog) the other day and she discussed the kind of soft, dyed elastic that you're probably looking for.  She lives outside of the U.S., so might not name any sources for buying, but you could find out the name of the elastic that way.
