Reusable Fabric Journal (or other book) Cover Tutorial

This is a tutorial for a reusable fabric journal cover (there are directions for adjusting measurements for a different size at the bottom of the post).

I know there are many tutorials for this online, this is just my way of doing it after trying others and not being happy with them.
