Making a pattern a smaller size

Making a pattern a smaller size

My question is how do I do I make a pattern smaller, specifically in the bust? Is there a tutorial out there? I know there were lots of tutorials for full-bust adjustments, but I need something opposite! The pattern I am working on is Burda 7800 and I need it to be smaller in the bust than the size 10 by 2" to 2.5".

Note: I did buy the smallest size available. Wish there was a size 8 for this pattern! ß

I've never had to adjust a bustline, but this looks like a useful tute. HTH.
