Fabric cupon book tutorial?

    Fabric cupon book tutorial?

    Hello Ladies,
    I have searched online, and on this forum just in case, and I have been unable to find a pattern or a tutorial that shows how to make a coupon book out of fabric.  (A coupon book used to categorize and store cupons to go shopping with).  Does anyone have one or know of one online? (I live outside of the US so I am unable to go looking in stores   Sad  )
