You know those gorgeous layered fabric flower brooches you're seeing everywhere? Smiley Are there some instructions floating around on how to make one?

      There's one here - http://blairpeter.typepad.com/weblog/2006/03/fabric_flowers.html

Heather Bailey also has a pattern for a flower brooch, not a freebie though - http://www.heatherbaileystore.com/product-p/mp001-fd.htm

I made one recently and just kind of made up a pattern.  You can see it on the bag I made here....

It isn't really a brooch, but you could sew a pin to the back and make it one.  If you'd like me to tell you how I made it, just leave a comment on my blog and I'll write one up for you.  They really are pretty easy!!
