REUSABLE LUNCH BAGS

    REUSABLE LUNCH BAGS
    on: February 11, 2009, 12:38:44 PM
    Hello all.
I'm new here & very happy to have found this site.  I have a question about oilcloth for reusable lunch bags.  Does all oilcloth
have cotton backing?  If so, then how do you proctect the inside of the bag, short of lining it with the same?  In my stash I had a
piece of vinyl with no backing that would work very well by lining the bag with the same vinyl for body.  However, I have not
been able to find anything like it, except clear vinyl,  everything else has the cotton backing.  Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    lindaa

I'm not sure about the oilcloth, but you could use some iron-on vinyl to protect the inside.  Heat and Bond makes an iron-on vinyl that allows you to "laminate" your project.
