Help with Stippling......(i think thats what it's called)

I also just reinforce the stitch and keep going with the new bobbin, but I'm a newbie also and couldn't think of what else to do! I'm guessing since there is so much stitching that it will be fine. I think I've used over 10 bobbins on mine so far and I'm barely more than halfway done!
