I love the pattern, but want to make it in size 6-9 months, i see that you have a toddler version, any interest in posting a 6-9 month pattern?

You would have to post that question on the "Made by Rae" blog:  http://www.madebyrae.blogspot.com/.  I simply followed her pattern but the pattern is hers.  She did suggest adding a quarter inch or so to each seam to enlarge it.  Perhaps that would work for you?
