Happy Feet ~ Favorite Things Sewing Pattern
Fun and comfortable clogs or feminine Mary Jane slippers to suit your lounging style. Use fuzzy fabric on the inside to make them cozy! Adorn them with buttons or leave them plain. Non skid fabric for the sole finished with a bias edge will leave your feet very happy!
10 sizes are included in the pattern from infants to adults.
Materials List
INFANTS:
- 1/6 yard fabric
- 1/4 yard lining
- 1/4 yard Jiffy Grip (soles-non-skid fabric)
- 1/4 yard interlining (thin cotton batting)
CHILDREN
- 1/4 yard fabric
- 1/3 yard lining
- 1/3 yard Jiffy Grip (soles-non-skid fabric)
- 1/3 yard interlining (thin cotton batting)
ADULTS
- 1/3 yard fabric
- 1/2 yard lining
- 1/3 yard Jiffy Grip (soles-non-skid fabric)
- 1/2 yard interlining (thin cotton batting)
NOTIONS
- thread
- 1 pkg. double fold extra wide bias tape
- 2" Velcro (1" wide for Adults and 5/8" wide for Children and Infants sizes)
- Optional: 2 buttons
Suitable Fabrics
We used cotton, (Westminster Fibers, Free Spirit Fabrics, Michael Miller Fabrics) cotton sherpa, cotton fleece (Michael Miller Fabrics) and polyester cuddle fabric (Shannon Fabrics.) Cotton flannel and other soft and cuddly fabrics are also suitable.
