Fabulous pattern! By: muximaus on 04/01/2011 09:57:50 PM Pros: PDF-Print your size Cons: I don't like to hem until the end. I've just completed my third tunic and I must say I've got it now! The vents gave me some problems but I am a novice so once an experienced seamstress showed me the way it was easy peasy. This dress/top definitely runs large. My bust measure 37" so I made the medium and it was way to big. The small is perfect. I modified the neckline (the instructions for the neckline were wonderful). I plan to make quite a few more of these for myself. I used quilting cotton but am going to use voile next. |

One of my favorites By: Stacy on 02/18/2011 07:46:49 PM Pros: Versatile, sizing, flattering design Cons: tiny rolled hems can be challenging on neckline and side vents, easy to burn fingers with the iron! This is a great pdf pattern for any level of sewist. It has a huge variety of sizes, and the plus sizes are actually accurate and fit according to the size chart, which is hard to find. The variations given help you make the tunic fit your style/shape and create a flattering tunic in a long afternoon or weekend. |
