Pincushions ~ Valori Wells Sewing Card

Inspired by vintage pincushions, try this new version of the classic "Tomato Pincushion" in three different sizes. Perfect for your favorite pins while stitching or a great gift for a friend! Add a little bit of lavender for a wonderful scent.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS: 1/4 yard fabric (this will make several), cotton or polyester stuffing, small piece of felt for the stem (approx. 6" for largest one), Cotton Perle or six strand embroidery floss, and 5" long sewing or cording needle. Optional - dried lavender (mixed with the stuffing, it will create a nice aroma in the pincushion).

These simple, inexpensive patterns are about the size of a greeting card.
