The not-too-high neckline sports a sweet peter pan collar that can be embellished or modified in all kinds of creative ways. This blouse can be made with short gathered sleeves (Version 1) or mid-length sleeves that gather at the hem with elastic (Version 2). It is shaped with bust darts, and back yoke with center gathering. Wear it with capris or shorts this summer, and you're set!
