The butterfly shape is perfect for a potholder, as it folds easily over a handle or over the edge of a dish. Our butterfly can be made two ways. In version I, decorative shapes are fused onto a background fabric and stitched around. In version II, a printed fabric is used and the decorative shapes are topstitched in place. Each version features Insul-Bright inside, which insulates against the heat. An extra layer of batting has been added to give the butterfly more dimension.
