For little girls and big girls alike... Create a simple skirt with or without the decorative flounce. It is easy to fit with the elastic waist. Our flounce skirt is made from cotton voile and the little pink bird skirt from soft corduroy. The voile is 54" wide, so the skirt will end up fuller than when made from 45" wide goods.

These simple, inexpensive patterns are about the size of a greeting card.
