Return Policy
- If you've received the wrong product, we will send you the correct item with a self-addressed stamped envelope for you to mail the return back to us. Please email us. These returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.
- If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns on fabric yardage over 1.5 yards (continuous). You will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We can not accept returns on any fabric yardage under 1.5 yards. We must receive qualified returns within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.
- We will issue refunds when we receive the returned item.
- We can not accept returns on sewing or embroidery patterns.
- We can not accept returns on clearance merchandise.
- Unless the fault is ours, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
- Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the shipping price.
