It’s a Spoonflower Kitchen Challenge! We asked readers to select two kitchen/food-themed prints from Spoonflower and to make something for their kitchen. You can upload your own designs to Spoonflower or you can select from the myriad of prints submitted by designers. Mary made Sandwich Wrappers, Alicia whipped up a Kitchen Organizer and Daisy made a Mixer Cover.

Trina from Will Cook for Shoes was inspired to make a Children’s Apron, complete with a tutorial so you can make one too. Trina writes, “I had so much fun choosing my fabrics. It took quite a while because the options are endless on Spoonflower… Not only is the selection amazing but delivery to Canada is very reasonable and my order arrived quickly.”

Trina’s apron is sized for a preschooler, but it can be easily upsized to fit older kids. You’ll find lots of baking, sewing and even more on the shoes at Will Cook for Shoes. You can also get updates on Trina’s latest projects via Twitter and Instagram.

Wouldn’t this apron be a nice gift for a little cook, maybe even paired with Easy Felt Breakfast Food or maybe some Bowtie Pasta?
