Felice from Sew Scatterbrained shares her thoughts on how to introduce sewing to a whole new generation of quilters in our next post. First get to know Felice a bit through her portfolio and her blog and Instagram feeds.

From Felice: I made my first quilt in January 2014 after a friend introduced me to the world of designer quilting fabrics. As an illustrator, maker and 24 year old woman who still sleeps with her baby quilt, I was enthralled by the marriage of artwork, function and snugglability a quilt represents. I’ve been quilting passionately and aggressively ever since.

I spend my days writing on my blog, Sew Scatterbrained, sharing my sewing projects on Instagram (@iamlunasol), writing patterns for my Craftsy shop, and illustrating fabric collections and t-shirts. My first fabric collection for Windham Fabrics will be released in Spring 2016.

When I’m not making, I enjoy swapping Game of Thrones tinfoil theories with my husband, eating copious amounts of gummy bears and PC gaming.
